• New programmable control box with dual function in each of 2 rotary knobs so that spreading width and spreading symmetry (spreading pattern setting) are adjusted simultaneously when spreading to the left and right, respectively.

Possibility to choose the humidification percentage on the box.

Possibility to pre-program various spreading settings, including setting intervals for both width, dosage and humidity percentage.

To relieve and help the driver, the functions spreading symmetry and spreading width are combined in a rotary knob e.g. in the event of a short-term spread at a bus stop or an additional carriageway, only a rotary knob must be operated.

Electronic control that constantly monitors and adjusts the machine to maximum accuracy.

Automatic transition to emergency program in the event of a malfunction, as well as a signal to the driver on the control box.

The ES spreader control box is equipped with a volume counter, which shows the consumption of dry matter and liquid at each turn, as well as the total number of kg, liters and hours. The control box can be programmed with several densities corresponding to the properties and grain size of different spreading materials. When changing the spreading material which takes place on the control box, the speed of the spreading disc automatically adapts to the properties of the material, so that the entered spreading pattern and dosage are maintained.

Both the control box and the circuit board communicate via

CAN-BUS system (standardized communication system within the vehicle industry). All information is sent via two cable poles. This means thin / flexible cable between spreader and control box.

The spreader / box is prepared for data transfer to e.g. Winterman, GPS registration and GPS controlled spread.
